Maria Sleeman and Henry Gahlsdorf have opened an advertising and marketing company with offices in Salem and Portland. The company, Element Design and Strategy, also does branding work. The two are University of Oregon graduates and have worked for clients such as Netflix, Banana Republic and Foster Farms.
